Right of Withdrawal and Online Cancellation Function
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
You may give notice of withdrawal (i) by using our online cancellation function ("Cancel order"), which is accessible in the footer, near checkout and in the order confirmation email, (ii) by completing and submitting the model withdrawal form set out on the Returns page, or (iii) by sending a free-form notice to tea@minikauppa.fi.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
Sealed, unopened tea may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once the seal or packaging has been broken, the product cannot be returned for food-safety and hygiene reasons. This restriction is product-based and does not exclude tea as a whole from the right of withdrawal.

An online cancellation function is provided so that you can exercise your right of withdrawal digitally. It is accessible in the footer and at the time of checkout.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law and any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts. We strive to resolve all issues amicably through direct communication.
